The author introduces the main content of the research on the GIS-based regional agricultural analysis system of competitive industries, including the significance, the main contents and the implementation methods of the research, focusing on the classification of agricultural economic indicators for regional competitive industries, on the realization of regional choice based on GIS, and on the design of a computer system.
